    Hi there, I previously had a pdf icon for the certificates that allowed a pdf version to be downloaded, but it is no longer visible: https://i.imgur.com/NX90oOc.png What is the setting to enable the pdf download button? Also, not sure what the download icon is supposed to do, but it just opens a blank tab upon clicking. Thanks, Mike

    Hello, We are sending an update of 3.9.1. please make sure your theme and plugins should be updated to the latest version. we have also introduced a new plugin for the certificate. that could fix these issues.

    Hi Logan, I installed the new plugin, and now when I click to download the pdf, I simply get a log in image: https://i.imgur.com/OSSUFBk.png And the download button just opens the logo in a new tab. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

    You are using pdf builder and that is not updated. we are running at version 1.3. please update your plugins. also, make sure your theme and plugin is of version 3.9.2. Note: text editor content will not be shown in pdf certificate. you have to recreate the certificate again by using pdf builder. or if you want you to text editor certificate then simply deactivate the pdf certificate plugin.
