    I am contemplating switching themes to update my LMS. I have WPLMS theme. What is the difference between the WPLMS and the Modern Theme? Thanks

    Modern Theme is a Child Theme of WPLMS. It has the improved layout and styling which is displayed in the demo. The child theme overwrites the templates of the parent theme. To  get the Modern theme you need to install/upload WPLMS and WPLMS Modern and then activate the Modern theme to get the Modern theme layouts. However, since WPLMS 2.0 now comes with a lot of options for layouts and styling, you may not need to install the Modern theme to get the various WPLMS layouts.
