    Yes, I can replicate this issue. Thanks for pointing out. Will be releasing a fix for this soon. Added to the issue log.

    <span style="line-height: 1.5;">I think the issue could be connected to DWQA itself, because it used to work fine in previous updates. </span>We need feedback from DWQA on why this is happening.     The issue is resolved. It was a bug in DWQA plugin as acknowledged by the plugin author, please update the DWQA plugin to latest version.

    Yes, I can confirm this. I'll be releasing WPLMS-DWQA addon plugin update to resolve this.
