If yes then resaving the permalinks and clearing the browser cache would have fixed the issue . } And for the avatars please upload a default avatar from wp-admin -> wplms -> Buddypress -> default avatars .Ok, try reverting permalinks : WP Admin - LMS - Settings - Revert permalinks We're still trying to debug this, pretty permalinks are not working on some servers. For these servers use the above setting.
