Hey Vibe ! I use slider revolution and I want to add a button, and when I click on this button, it opens the signin/register popup of modern theme. Thanks !

Finally, the question is : What is the Url that I can use to trigger the opening of the signin/register popup of moderntheme (with call-to-action button for instance)
