I have fixed it with Vibethemes support. Check updates of your plugins. All of them have to be updated, especially Vibe Course module (javascript problem with login popup). If it does not work, clean server cache after updatking theme and plugins. If the popup does not appear, go to: yoursite.com (or other domain) and add /wp-admin/ at the end of the link After logging in - look at the up section - there is a bar (from left - Wordpress icon, title of your site, some icons - look behind them two rounded arrows - these are updates. Go there, update theme, plugins (translations etc). I logged off, cleaned the browser cache, logged in again, updated theme again, updated plugins. Any plugin related to WPLMS? Visual Bakery? If it is Visual Bakery (or something like that), do not worry about it. Look at the thread I gave you a link above.
