    Hi, when I assign a course to the user manually from admin section(for testing) it expires immediately after the user starts the course, though it should last 1 month. Could you help with that please? Also, in the course settings, the duration of the unit, if i want it to last as long as the course lasts, what number shuold I set? One month in minutes? Thanks for you help!

    Please check your course duration set or not from in course settings. Please make sure that atleast a day's duration and check of the course start date not set backdated.

    the course duration is set on 1 month. and there is no start date set, i left it blank

    One more thing, my colleague forgot to mention. Changes in course settings will be applied to new users only.  so maybe you are checking for old users. Change in course setting ( course duration) and add a new user and check. It will work.

    Hello ,I have setup course with curriculum but if someone clicks on the curriculum, it shows  "course expired" as shown But the course date is a future date. This issue is happeing with all the courses . Please solve the issue url-https://learnnrise.com/ Thank You !

    hi @rkgupta123 well the same issue is faced by an another user as well please share your site's admin credentials as well to check this

    I request you to please create your own topic because to check your issue if we want your's admin credentials or page URL of your site then an Email sends to the person who creates this topic with your credentials either you send them as a private reply which is not good.

    so for security purposes always create your own topic. we will assist you with your topic
