The images folder seems missing in the update package. As a result, the user avatars for the profile pics (if there are no pics uploaded) don't load. You can check the attached image

Go to wp-admin->WPLMS->Buddypress->Set default avatar and check if this helps.

Same problem. Buddypress->Set default avatar, is not working. Can't load images/avatar.jpg Images folder missing.
