    When a user simply buy a course, then the downloadable files(uploaded during adding product) are sent to user in order confirmation email. - https://www.dropbox.com/s/kzuy22rqrm4fyd1/downloadable-file.png?dl=0 But when user buy a batch, no downloadable files are sent in email.

    Hi, Please share your course product and batch product URL with us. Also, we need your admin cred to track the mail.
