    Hello there are some errors in the "news tab" (in the course page / frontend): zip upload: I tried to insert a zip file with 3 mp3 files. the link to the zip file is not shown, but an audio player is shown with one of the 3 mp3 files media library: it does not load, there are various graphic errors on the screen, and I can't insert anything

    Hi, wordpress media library is ok in the admin panel. In frontend (news tab): 1) if logged as admin, everythings works but layout is corrupt 2) if logged as instructor media library is empty N.B. 1) it's a fresh wordpress install 2) no others plugin besides yours

    @intuagency refer: http://prntscr.com/rh1ajd I guess you have enabled this setting from wp-admin > WPLMS > Course Manager If this is not the case then do share a recording of your site and also share credentials with site URL in a private reply here

    @intuagency Yes, checking now... Updated Reply Checked your site and every possible method what I can. First create a backup of your site as a safer side. Then try to follow this article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-http-image-upload-error-in-wordpress/ We are not adding any code which will be responsible for this Make sure the folder permissions shuld be 0755 and file permissions should be 0644 I tried to upload the image from instructor login and then I found this error: Try following the above article and then do let me know: http://prntscr.com/rj7pyx

    Hi Diana, 1) I try to follow that article, but non effect. 2) folder and files permission are ok it is important to remember that media library and uploads in admin panel are ok. So wordpress has no problem. Only, launching media library and uploads from a link course, they don't works.
