While doing business, there sometimes happens any emergency, such as errors and updating errors. In that case, we have difficulties in managing our business. But your support is so late to response to the issue or take longer than a few weeks. In my defense, I can not ask other technicians because of the site security.
I am willing to pay for the emergency additionally, but I can not find how to apply for the immediate support.
Please let me know what your support system have such the immediate support
I understand the emergencies but currently we're getting a lot of support requests. 2.0 is the biggest update of WPLMS. The best way to have minimal impact is to update it on a test site.
A very big majority of users are facing the same issues and have almost similar solutions.
We want our users to follow few simple steps.
If you're updating the theme to 2.0.x then please do follow below points :
- Update all the components to 2.x version. All the plugins and the theme and child themes (if required/modern).
- After update, go to WP Admin - WPLMS - BuddyPress - Default avatar - set a sample image here.
- After update go to WP Admin - Settings - Permalinks , set the permalinks correctly and press save.
- Clear your browser cache. If you;ve installed any server caching plugin, clear the server cache.
- Done.
We do have plans of adding live support in future but not in current period of few weeks.
I do not understand what you am saying, but I know there is no solution and just follow this recent support systme..
