    I made a certificate but it's not showing at all (Chrome) or not showing correctly (Safari). Please check: https://www.computationalthinkers.org/members/emiel/ The certificate should also have a jpg background. Please advise.

    @michaelwls I am not able to access the link. I think You have restricted the single member profile view from wp-admin > WPLMS > BuddyPress

    @michaelwls Because you have added the width as 11 and height as 8.5 which is too small value to generate a certificate. Try now refer: http://prntscr.com/rtvgno
