Hello, I am following this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7QTeh_fFbw to configure and get ready the WPLM Appointments module, and I am finding some issues:
- When I try to book a slot (of the available type), the pop-up window does not show me the time information (date & hour), it only shows me the "null" word and the Confirm Booking button. If I confirm the booking, it saves it, but when the instructor look at this booking, it say wrong date and wrong hour.
- I can't achieve to add custom files to instructors search. I create them at LMS / Configuration /Appointments, the appointment sdirectory page, with the shortcode [wplms_appointments_directory] shows me them, but the listbox does not show the options, even with instructors with this field informed.
- The image of the instructor does not show at Appointments directory, always shows the default image.
- The introductory vídeo does not play...
...other issue, the "Book instructor" button from the profile page (that leads to url /members/member_name/book shows a blank page...yes, permalinks saved and issue continues......all issues seem to be browser related...was trying with Firefox... In Chrome almost all works, except the image of the instructor at directory list.... And the book instructor button now triggers a 404 error......image and vídeo play issues already automatically solved (?????) 404 error still persists.... I have the site hosted with Siteground and SG Optimizer plugin preinstalled... Any documented issue with this plugin? I think is the origin of all the trouble here...@emism, Please share your site URL with admin credentials and I will fix this 404 error on your site Will add the fix in the plugin itself for now And please do not post too frequently it will create confusion and it could be possible that by mistake your issues will be skipped and you have to wait unnecessarily long for the answers. Try to post all your issues at once Make sure to mark the reply as privateChecked, now it's solved. I'm seeing that the level of troubleshooting of this add-on is huge. Seems not enough tested, is an Alpha version. Are you planning to release new versions? Are you fixing all this issues that me and other buyers are finding? Because with this level of quality I can't have it at a production site.... Thank you for your efforts to solve all our problems.
