Appointment issue

i) After setting the time slot and clicking "Save Schedule Fields", it is keeping loading and can not save successfully. ==>i) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lorcsOIc8rI ii) After setting the price per slot and saving the setting, it did not take effect.
