    This is the site: https://courses.gentiumpsp.com/ We tried adding a background image then added course name, student name, course completion date (shortcode). But when I complete the course with a different account and then view the course it seems the shortcode's position is not correct. Like, download button not working, those shortcodes position is not correct, etc. This is a big problem for us. Kindly help :) We are using the latest version of the theme and plugins.

    @mhofficial1 If you are not using wplms PDf certificates then you have to align the shortcodes using custom CSS You can refer this: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-certificates-with-printable-background-images-and-certificate-code-validation/ But if you are using WPLMS PDF certificates then in the plugin the feature is already present to align your shortcodes Just make sure that the width and height should be added properly
