I saw your the notice from Envato Market that you had an update.
I entered the themes section in the back end and successfully updated to your current version. Many plugins were showing updates so I began those. Began getting 504 Gateway timeout errors.
Checked with our web host who could find no errors on server side.
Left this overnight hoping the congestion would resolve. But overnight one of the failed plugins (Woo Commerce) caused a fatal error. Entered recovery mode and disabled this.
Got one plugin to update but now just get 504 errors again.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.
Well we have fixed this by disabling cloudflare on the server .you should receive the updates now.
In the time since I wrote the initial post I was able to update most plugins. I am confused however. Some of the plugins to be updated were WPLMS functions so I understand if your server was having an issue. But if I tried to update, for instance, Woo Commerce, that still timed out and failed. Is there some interaction with the WPLMS server for updates of third party plugins ? As of this morning just trying to access the Installed Plugins page gives a 504 error.
Thank you.
No there is no interaction for the non wplms plugins like elementor , woocommerce , buddypress .I guess this problem should be related to their server itself or your server might be timing out during the update .
Try to update the plugins from the plugins page itself .click on the update link below plugin name
Yes we are working thru the plugin page.
Thanks for the advice you can close this ticket.
