    Hello,   When i click on Add ons in Free Trial get a message stating Free trial can be used only once and when i click ok and proceed the Free tiral button gets converted to validating and then ends up cannot contact envato and comes back again to Free Trial. Can you let me know what could be the issue. This is hosted in my server in AWS.

    well it seems like you have already used that trial for the plugin on another website using same envato credentials . now you cannot use it again . share your envato username in order to check on which domian you have used it?
