Hello, I have two issues please:
- I went to Dashboard --> LMS --> Settings --> Pay Commissions, I selected one instructor using the check box, I paid his commission using PayPal successfully, however, when I clicked on "Mark as Paid", other instructors got marked as paid, although I selected only the first one! how can I reset the payout for the second instructor? - The instructor got notification email of the payment however the date inside the email was 01, Jan, 1970, how can I fix that? https://prnt.sc/t5w1dz
1 . Well it cannot happen , you must have selected another instructor as well , please check its working fine at your end : http://somup.com/cY1TItQ4wS To revert it , it would be difficult to revert it : what you have to it to delete the payout from wp-admin-> lms -> payouts in which this instructor and other instructor are shown to be paid . Then you have to mark the other instructor as paid again . Please share the names of the two instructors in private reply to check the bug . 2 . Please provide some time to check this on localhost .Oh, OK, that's perfect, I didn't know there is payouts tab. I was able to delete it and clear the payment for the other instructor. Now, let's find a solution for the date please.
