June 26, 2020 at 6:31 am #270785ChamruntrainingSpectatorI have installed the PDF certificate plugin. I read and watch your documentation and videos, but I could not find the correct process of a certificate. I have two questions: 1 - When a user passes a course with certificate when user could see the certificate? and where? Currently, users could see the certificate icon form FrontEnd Dashboard > Courses > Stats and just can see an icon. It's not good for me and I need to make it more reachable and show the certificate in a better place and say congratulations to the user on the dashboard home page(for example) is there any shortcodes? 2 - I've installed the PDF Certificate Plugin. When I check the generated Certificate(both HTML and PDF) it's fine on Certificate builder LMS > Certificate Template. but when user click on it to see the certificate from " FrontEnd Dashboard > Courses > Stats " it opens a blank popup, seems it doesn't open the PDF certificate or even show the PDF download link. Please check my screenshot(when user tries to see/download the certificate): https://monosnap.com/file/agGrWfzZvGVRsYT81d8jBjLdYU39lR Please explain to me with details. I know how to create the Certificate with PDF Certificate plugin but need to change the way it shows certificate to users. Need to exaggerate the users' certificates. Thanks in advanceJune 27, 2020 at 10:38 am #271119JacksonBlockedHello, How to create certificate: You can import the sample certificate templates and then start editing them . Please refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/certificate-import-codes/ Wplms certificate builder: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylT1j35dUbg Add certificate to the course> goto course>>edit course: https://prnt.sc/t7etw0 After that user do subscribe the course>>start course>>complete course/finish course After that go to particular course >>admin and from here admin can assign the certificate to the user and user can see the certificate at the profile Refer: https://prnt.sc/t7ev87 Thanks,July 3, 2020 at 5:02 am #272531ChamruntrainingSpectatorThanks. I followed all steps and it's ok. but when a user downloads the certificate it still shows a bad popup and user could not download the PDF version of the certificate. When I check the certificate PDF from LMS > Certificate Template > Edit Certificate it shows and generates a correct version of PDF file and Admin can see the PDF file without any problem. How can I fix it? I would like user able to download the correct PDF version the same as designed on Certificate template builder. Thanks in advance.July 4, 2020 at 9:21 am #272848JacksonBlockedHello, Hello, This could be a third party plugin that is causing code conflicts. 1- Please deactivate all installed 3rd party plugins. 2- Deactivate your auto cache plugin especially. 3- Delete browsers cache & hard reload. 4- Re-save permalinks. i am sure it is script modification by your cache plugin that is why it is not working. also, make sure the theme /plugin is updated to the latest version. Thanks,
