In the english version of the site when adding a unit (created in the english version) to a course, system started showing units from bulgarian, german and so on- from other versions, but not exactly the englsh translated / created units. This wasnt happening before the update. We had already 2 courses, but after the update it is. You can also see the video in the previous comment.July 14, 2020 at 1:42 pm #274591astoria_groupParticipantI dont know if this will help you, but we found something interesting - if after creating unit you try to add it to the course (i tried n the german version) it is not found in the add exixting unit to curriculum, but when you open the unit, and refresh the page of it, after that it shows in the add exixting unit to the curriculum. See video here (dont pay attention to the sound of it): https://www.loom.com/share/7a5783a60b314ecc8e64b17d4b062040July 15, 2020 at 11:14 am #274729astoria_groupParticipantPlease, support is needed - it has been more than 2 days with this problem!July 17, 2020 at 8:29 am #275141DianaParticipant@astoria_group, I am sorry I didn't reply here yesterday So I checked your video carefully and then checked our code that how we are searching the units while connecting. I found that if the unit is successfully published only then it will be visible in search results. Because your site is multilingual so the possible scenario is the search results need to search first the language and then check the unit. So the search query is taking time due to which it loads the result lateJuly 17, 2020 at 1:04 pm #275213astoria_groupParticipantit wasnt like that before we updated week ago. Please solve the problem. And please dont leave us wait for 2 more days.July 18, 2020 at 10:32 am #275487astoria_groupParticipantSo, do you think its normal to wait for 5 days since the beginning of this topic, without a solution provided? I bought the theme, also support, but I am getting more and more frustrated by the service. Please solve the issue ASAPJuly 18, 2020 at 10:47 am #275490VeronicaModeratoraccording to your video that you have provided i have understood that your course is not opening in the language that you want, is it? then please follow the steps: create a course and then copy the course in other language and save it and then try to open that it will show correctly thenJuly 18, 2020 at 3:08 pm #275581astoria_groupParticipantReally it took you 5 days not to understand the problem of the topic??? - all the steps to replicate/perform the same on the local setup
- is this issue is happening for English site or with others too?
July 20, 2020 at 12:34 pm #275876astoria_groupParticipantIts happening on all version except the main bulgarian one.
