    Hi, I created one Certificate Template : https://tinyurl.com/y4jaz26l & certificate code is: https://prnt.sc/tjjj8x  when i click on preview certificate on course page : https://tinyurl.com/y3u3zbuh    then it doesn't preview properly: http://somup.com/cYibXkQWLf . For a moment it show with background but then background disappear. What should i add in background image & what should be image size: https://prnt.sc/tjk7vp Is there a way to assign same certificate to all courses without selecting in each course. Please help in certificate preview on course page.

    Well after disabling the W3 Total Cache then its still working without enable the disable image mode in settings. I have excluded the JPG file from CDN... So how to make it work when Cache is enabled ?

    Well ideally the size should be 800X 550 for landscape style . that should fix in desktop and for the mobile you can follow this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/add-notice-to-view-the-certificate-on-desktop/ but this wont work in the single course, on the single course its just to show the preview to the user .

    Default Certificate Page was working & i have already set the Fallback Certificate Page as well but now Default Certificate is giving me error "Certificate Not Valid for User". I have only one certificate in Certificate Template & till yesterday it was loading the same template on : https://innovians.com/default-certificate/ and loading the same certificate preview on all courses which doesn't have any certificate assigned but now its not working...

    Well it should not have worked in first place . to fix this you would need to connect the certificate template to each of your course , then it will fetch the certificate and show it there to you in the course certificate preview

    I am not able to understand the purpose of Fallback Certificate Page. If i dont have that page set then i can still see the course certificate preview on course page, i can verify the certificate... So whats the difference its create.. i though it will fetch the certificate preview for pages those who doesn't have any certificate associated with it but certificate is enabled in course settings.. So can you clarify the purpose of Fallback certificate page..
