This is the third request to have this solved. I previously posted on this support forum and was told to post on FB, which was three days of repeatedly asking me what the problem is and promising to have a look. Yesterday, after the 'Mr Vibe' FB support person went into my site for look, I was asked again what the problem is. Today I was asked again what the problem is and then told to post the issue here. I'm not hopeful but will try anyway. Remember this is paid support, not free open-source community help. So I expect the support I paid for, nothing more and nothing less. I did everything as per the 4.0 update tutorial and now have an LMS which does not work, so I think that deserves some support.
The problem is this - I have no templates in my VibeBP plugin. I tried the following:
- https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/re-running-vibebp-setup-wizard/ which just kept reverting to '1'
- Purchased a database cleanup plugin and remove the VibeBP options, which triggered the setup wizard, nothing imported again
- Deleted and reinstalled the VibeBP plugin - nothing imported again
