February 12, 2016 at 10:15 am #27846cobaltsupportParticipantI cannot install one Page which is the whole reason for buying this LMS. I have tried installing the main theme (new version seems to work better) and then activating the one Page theme. It fails and I get a blank page. I have also tried loading the main theme (without activation) and then trying to active the child theme. That also fails: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/sites/<name_of_site>/web/wp-content/themes/wplms_one_page/functions.php on line 249, referer: http://<name_of_site>/wp-admin/themes.php I also cannot get the sample data to load for the main theme (not as important as getting the theme I want to use working). I am going around in circles :-(February 13, 2016 at 7:45 am #28158cobaltsupportParticipantI have received an email that say... 'Please use this copy of one page child theme' but_ there is nothing attached to the email. :-(February 13, 2016 at 7:46 am #28159H.K. LatiyanParticipantPlease download this new copy of the one page child theme. http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=80092671804713431823February 13, 2016 at 7:57 am #28163cobaltsupportParticipant:-) Excellent, thank you. Once installed, should I use the sample data? If so, what is the best method to install that?February 13, 2016 at 8:40 am #28190sandyMemberYes, Activate the child theme first and follow this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HURLXtbfKVY Let us know if this helps.February 13, 2016 at 9:30 am #28215cobaltsupportParticipantI can only see the home page. None of the data shows and when I check inside WordPress I see all the pages but the permalinks but they do not show, all give errors. I wonder if there is a problem with the .htaccess file. # BEGIN WordPress <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] </IfModule> # END WordPress Please advise...February 13, 2016 at 4:45 pm #28348cobaltsupportParticipantI am seeing this in the WP system status
wplms_one_page/course/single/home.php
version <strong style="color: red;">1.8.1 is out of date. The core version is 1.9.6,February 14, 2016 at 8:44 am #28439cobaltsupportParticipantI have double-checked all my settings and I am getting errors every time I attempt to review a page. e.g. The requested URL /all-courses/ was not found on this server. I see the following in the logs: File does not exist: /home/sites/<NAME_OF_SITE>/web/wp-content/themes/wplms_one_page/custom_child.js, referer: http://<NAME_OF_SITE>/ File does not exist: /home/sites/<NAME_OF_SITE>/web/all-courses, referer: http://<NAME_OF_SITE>/wp-admin/post.php?post=7&action=edit Everything is now getting VERY frustrating!February 15, 2016 at 1:22 pm #28742H.K.
