    I want to creating staging site locally using bitnami wordpress. But If I download the new version of 4.05 from envato , It will need to authenticate.. SO Is my live site will be deauthenticate? I want t otry the new version locally before push the upgrade to live site.

    No it wont de - authenticate.You can use it on localhost as well.
