October 14, 2015 at 12:58 am #2815carlostincaSpectatorHi, We cant create assigments on our site using the front-end. If we try to edit an assigment throught Edit in sidebar, it redirect to the first post (i think) of our blog. Meanwhile, if we use the Edit button down from the content of unit, it redirects to the assigment link but it shows a white page. Any solution to this? Thanks, CarlosOctober 14, 2015 at 7:40 am #2861Anshuman SahuKeymasterPlease make sure that your wplms theme and allits plugins are updated to latest verison 1.9.8 .

Please try deactivating the third party plugins If all of the above does not helps then please share admin credentials and site url to check the issue at your setup . Becasue we didnt assigned anything and the assigment didnt let me upload content. 2) When i want to submit an assingment with a student account, it redirects to /wp-comments-post.php. And the comments arent restricted or something like that. Thanks, CarlosOctober 15, 2015 at 7:41 am #3059Anshuman SahuKeymaster1. Ps : mark the reply as private while sharing the info .October 16, 2015 at 5:13 pm #3364carlostincaSpectatorAlex, Yes, sure, here: cursostecnicos.com/wp-admin user: wplms - pass: 69216921 Thanks, CarlosOctober 17, 2015 at 9:28 am #3424Anshuman SahuKeymasterI checked your site but was not able to detect the issue . Can you please share you server php error log and contact your webhost to increase the : php memory limit ,max upload file size ,post max size .October 20, 2015 at 4:59 pm #3844carlostincaSpectatorHi Alex, Here is the logs file: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/22357834/error_log.ico Meanwhile, i think that is not necessary to increase the values you said before, because i think they are big enough: memory_limit = 256M upload_max_filesize = 64M post_max_size = 64M What do you think? Thanks, CarlosOctober 21, 2015 at 8:26 am #3926Anshuman SahuKeymasterI did not mean to share the icon named "error_log" . Please share the php error log on whohc should be on your server ,take help of your webhost support to find it ,it is usually a text file in which all the php errors are written .October 21, 2015 at 8:29 am #3927Anshuman SahuKeymasterAlso contact you webhost and check if the php finfo extension is enabled in your server and the php version is atleast 5.4 or more .October 21, 2015 at 5:23 pm #4065carlostincaSpectatorHi Alex, I checked with the hosting and PHP version is 5.4, and and the php info extension is enabled. The only problem is that i cant understand what do you need on the error log, and the support didnt understand it too. Can you be more specific please?, because the only thing that i got of errors in php is the file that i send you. Thanks for your patience, CarlosOctober 22, 2015 at 8:31 am #4117sandyMember"If we try to edit an assigment throught Edit in sidebar, it redirect to the first post (i think) of our blog" This happens because you probably have not set any 404 page in WP Admin - WPLMS - Misc - 404 page Whenever you see any 404 issues, the first corrective measure should be re-saving of permalinks, just to ensure there are no .htaccess errors in your site. Please re-save permalinks and retry. Let me know if this does not help. p.s : The PHP error log will indicate where the code breaks, so if it is conflict with a plugin we'll be able to easily identify it.October 23, 2015 at 3:27 pm #4558carlostincaSpectatorHi Admin, We fixed (i think) that problem that you mention. But the problem we have now is that when a user upload a assignment, it redirects to wp-comments-post.php. Also, is obligatory to have a custom 404 page in the theme? Cant we use the one that the template have by default? About php error log, i think i know what it is, but besides error_log.ico (which inside have this errores if you open it with txt editor), i dont know that i have to find. Thanks, CarlosOctober 23, 2015 at 3:34 pm #4562carlostincaSpectatorAnd another question, we tried the new option that course wont be loaded with Ajax, but we tried on one of our courses and tried to start from the status-course page, it reload the same page and add an 759 at top. Why it do this? I re-saved the permalinks just in case. Thanks, Carlos -
