Good day, I followed the instructions as indicated in https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/setting-up-firebase-live-chat/ Now i seem to encounter a problem when signing up. Once i perform the following: https://prnt.sc/tx8vpf nothing happens. please help.

Hi, Unable to get the admin credential from previous replies. Please make sure you have added the firebase config variable correctly and set the correct firebase rules:https://prnt.sc/txpmi9.
