But it is. If I click on the question mark there is only one difference: "TIPP:" apears above this hint text. Why? Wherefore?</span>

Yes, this is a bug , it should appear only when question mark is clicked. It would be resolved in next update releasing soon. Also "TIPP" seems to be coming from translation files of Vibe course module plugin.Please check. Moving topic to issue log.
