Hello, I've placed a Dashboard: Contact form widget in the Instructors menu. It is not working properly. The user select dropdown shows all memebers if they are administrators, instructors... but it DOES NOT show all the student members. It shows only some of them. Some appear and some other not. This cause that when we try to contact student members using that widget, there is always missing students, not all of them are available in the dropdown to be selected. Could you please advise?Can you please share a screenshot of the related issue . You need to select the value in the dropdown first then the related users will show when you type at least three words in the select recipients field .Here you go. As you can see there some members that appear and some others not. Please take a look to the image attached. Thanks in advance.Yes we checked this and found out this to be an issue ,we have already fixed this and same will be reflected in our next update of wplms dashboard plugin . Thanking you for reporting this to us .The blank values are of existing users (coming from users in wp), however we're using BuddyPress functions for user name and user avatar. So, the possible case is : The blank users displayed above have not logged in to the site once (not recognised by BuddyPress), i.e they might have been directly added to the course.
