Hi support-team,
we are having a bug with Elementor.
We created a unit with Elementor and used the 'flip box' element in it.
Unfortunately it looks totally different in the course area than in Elementor (see screenshots).

What could be the reason for this and how do we fix this?

it looks like Elementor is generally incompatible. Animations of elements at the beginning are not shown either.
Please how do we fix this?

as you are using elementor pro version and the flip box is one of the elements which is accessible with the paid version
elementor pro has some issues
you can use elementor which is compatible with the theme pro is not compatible

it seems that the course system is not compatible with Elementor at all. Simple components like galleries, distances, separators, colors or icons do not work.

Unfortunately this has nothing to do with the pro version, because I only worked with standard elements. The only things that work are images, text and videos and for that you don't need Elementor. So why the integration?
That limits our project so much, because it reduces the possibilities how such a course can be built up immensely. It's a real pity.
With the standard units/videos/audios you don't really get very far in terms of attractive design.
Are you working on compatibility with Elementor? Can we expect an improvement soon?

as I have told you that first disable the elementor pro on your site and then check
and also the theme version on your site 4.080 which is not the latest one
so please update the theme

it works, but apparently some css-instructions coming from elementor are not applied. this affects colors, typography and other settings.
also there seems to be a problem with the lightboxes of images. the dark overlay appears, but the image is not displayed.
you can check this in the course 'Elementor Kurs' in the unit 'Elementor Unit'.
