December 16, 2020 at 6:41 pm #329754ymasyebraSpectatorHello, I created this course without any problems (http://prnt.sc/w45x3t) but once it was saved, I cannot edit its content anymore because it shows a blank page when I clic on Edit Clourse (http://prnt.sc/w45y1g) Am I missing something? Thanks in advance!December 17, 2020 at 9:04 am #329834ymasyebraSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.December 17, 2020 at 12:36 pm #329869ymasyebraSpectatorI followede the instructions stateds in this thread: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/reordering-of-units-in-course-curriculum/ "Check WP admin – WPLMS – Course manager – Edit course page, make sure there is a page connected here. This setting is by default set in all WPLMS setups. If missing, create a new page, set page tempalte “Create content” and set it up" I also tried this solution stated on Vibe Options Panel "Connect Edit Course Page: A Page with "Create Content" Page Template OR a page with shortcode [edit_course]" The page I used is called 'Create Content 2' None of it worked. PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!! I HAVE SEVERAL OPEN CASES OPEN IN THIS SUPPORT LINE AND I AM FINALLY NOT BEING ABLE TO GO ON WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION (sorry for the push, but this is getting critical). Thanks for your help-December 18, 2020 at 4:29 pm #330087VeronicaModeratorhi yes we can fix it but not able to check the dashboard section http://prntscr.com/w5ij1c are you facing the same?December 19, 2020 at 9:14 am #330166ymasyebraSpectatorYes and no... I did not want to mix that problem in this thread, but access to the dashboard area sometimes does not work properly. When this happens, I log with the admin user stated above and I need to refresh the page so it "picks up" the user; then it is possible to access the dashboard. See if you can "fix" it that way and if not, advise me on how to get over that error, please. Thanks for your support!!December 21, 2020 at 11:05 am #330353ymasyebraSpectatorVeronica, Your colleague Ada fixed the access to the dashboard while attending another issue (see here: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/course-layout-shows-wrong-background-colors/#post-330351) I think you may be able to fix this problem now... Thanks!December 21, 2020 at 11:05 am #330354ymasyebraSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.December 21, 2020 at 11:09 am #330356ymasyebraSpectatorThis is the empty 'Edit Course' screen on the admin user's dashboard now: http://prnt.sc/w73g2uDecember 21, 2020 at 5:40 pm #330450ymasyebraSpectatorOk, thanks to this thread (https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/edit-course-page-is-blank/) I found that WPLMS Appointments plugin is causing the problem: by deactivating that plugin I can edit courses again. However, WP says that I have the latest version (v1.6.1). What can I do?December 22, 2020 at 2:40 pm #330660VeronicaModeratorWP says that I have the latest version (v1.6.1). can you please explain what it means? you can share a screenshot for a better understandingDecember 22, 2020 at 6:31 pm #330703ymasyebraSpectatorSure! I mean that according to WordPress, my 'WPLMS Appointments' version is 1.6.1, but I believe there is a newer one?? http://prnt.sc/w80embDecember 23, 2020 at 7:21 am #330776VeronicaModeratorhi yes it is the latest version of WPLMS APPOINTMENT http://prntscr.com/w8b0wg but if you are using version 4 of the theme then please check this https://docs.wplms.io/extensions-and-addons/extended-addons/vibe-appointments
