Two tutors requested payment. I selected only one checkbox and left a small amount £10.00 for one tutor and £100 for another tutor (checkbox selected). The tutor not selected still showed a 10 payment on Commission screen. So the problem at backend is only half resolved.Well the payment will only be done for the select instructor , update for this this has been rolled out of vibe customtypes plugin . Can you please share if instructor is seeing the payout in the graphs in frontend profile tab?Hi Alex We updated the plugin to 3.9.9.1 but the issue is not resolved completed. Since no formal £10 is paid, it does not appear in the list of payments below graph but 10 is showing next to Payout balance. https://snipboard.io/XjwFVH.jpg Also as mentioned before the labels on Commission screen should be 'Commission earned' and 'Payout received' as these are not balances. RegardsWell the data is fetched from same database and the basis for showing data is same . Difference is that the Graph shows the data of current year only , while the payout balance considers the total balances considering all the payouts made by admin from the starting . In order to fetch the payout details please try to select a data of previous year maybe .No. I do not believe you are understanding the issue. Even if the tutor is not selected, the payout is being made. That fixed it properly now. If the labels on the main screen are also fixed to say commissions earned and payouts received, that would correct the whole module
