Instructor / admin cannot attach files to include on the student marks

Hello There, both instructor and admin cannot attach files on the assignment submission brief issue click submissions -> choose pending evaluation -> we choose the student that we want to give the assignment marks with remarks and attach file on it. but we cannot do it However if we do this Click submissions -> choose unsubmitted -> we choose any student the the select files is working and the weird thing after we do this we go again in pending evaluation and we are able to select files to upload, but is very weird and inconvenience to go back in forth to unsubmitted to pending evaluation just to able to attach files please watch this short clip -- > https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/crVj1fPuc9 we are still using wplms 3.9.9 because we are not ready to go to 4.0 ... please guide i think its a bug or something thats why its like that and also how to update my WP BAKERY? it is asking to update thats why Thanks
