January 11, 2021 at 5:47 am #333165NextwaveParticipantOn https://socialworkguide.venuecom.com/ we tested a signup. It created a Student account that shows up under Users, but it's not listed under Members and on the User page it shows Current Membership set to none. We do have all levels of membership included in the course settings though. Am I missing a step?January 13, 2021 at 12:46 pm #333686VeronicaModeratorhi can you please a video with us so we can take a lookJanuary 15, 2021 at 4:31 am #334044NextwaveParticipantSorry for the delay. I thought I checked the box to get an email update, but I didn't see anything until I came back here to check. Anyway, what part do you nee da video of? The whole signup process?January 15, 2021 at 8:16 am #334092VeronicaModeratorhi On https://socialworkguide.venuecom.com/ we tested signup. but I haven't found which sign up you are referring to? so please entire process so I will be able to replicate it as wellJanuary 18, 2021 at 11:26 pm #334801NextwaveParticipantI've done a bit more testing, and it does actually connect once registered and a membership level has been selected. I think the problem the person testing it had was that they were testing it with an expired account. To that end, with the expired account I'm able to access some content and not others, but with an expired account they shouldn't be able to access any of it. Specifically, I can't, with the expired account, access anything on this page: https://socialworkguide.venuecom.com/course/social-work-guide/, which is as it should be. I am, however, able to access everything on these pages, which I shouldn't be able to do: https://socialworkguide.venuecom.com/study-tools/ https://socialworkguide.venuecom.com/testing-room/ https://socialworkguide.venuecom.com/reference-desk/exam-content-outlines/bachelors/ I'll send you access to that account in a private note following this.January 18, 2021 at 11:26 pm #334802NextwaveParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.January 19, 2021 at 8:16 am #334863VeronicaModeratorchecking on your siteJanuary 19, 2021 at 8:26 am #334866VeronicaModeratorhi just checked with the above account and not able to get the content i think it is working fine! http://prntscr.com/x72yuz http://prntscr.com/x72zr9January 19, 2021 at 12:39 pm #334954NextwaveParticipantOdd. Perhaps it takes a little while for the permissions to end? I did clear the cache to see if that was an issue. At any rate, now a related issue... If you go to one of those pages with an expired account we have a modal with a link to register. If you click that while logged in, it logs you out and takes you to the registration page. However, if someone already has an account and simply wants to renew/extend their membership, it doesn't give an intuitive way to do that. Do you have a suggestion for making it go to the registration page if you don't have an account, but the subscription page (https://socialworkguide.venuecom.com/membership-account/membership-levels/) if you are already logged into an account? I suppose I could add a button below the "Get Access Now" button, but I want to make it as easy and intuitive for the user as I can.January 20, 2021 at 2:17 pm #335285Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell we are using pmpro hooks and they does not works without actual environment of subscriptions payment methods . You need to set expiration date to your level in order get them expired .
