attach file option in bulk sending message

please add the following features in sending message option in the course 1. attach file option is not available for the course instructor, i appreciate if you add this option which is the main shortage. 2. bulk message is not deliverable when i tick all student checkbox. this option is available in previous version but not in current version. i reported to the relevant people in your team but they didn't provide me any response.
