Hi Diana, I don't think this is the correct workflow? After confirming of order, shouldn't the cart above should have the order record? Do you think the customer will change the link to the cart page after adding the order?

Yes you are right, but the header style you are using on your site does not have cart icon: http://prntscr.com/zy0b8y
Either you have to customize the existing header style to show cart icon or you should change the header style from wp-admin > Appearance > Customize
And pick that header style which has cart icon

I just tried setting another header style like you said but it's still not working! This is kinda bs.
I've added classes in my cart but it still isn't reflecting on the cart displayed on the menu.
I would like to speak to a higher-up to solve this asap
