    Hi, I have bought the wplms 4.0 theme and When I try to update the theme, it shows a blank screen and also if I try to install it from the wizard it redirects back to the same page,, and asks for the purchase ID, Again if I give the purchase id it does nothing, It shows a blank screen. Can't find the solution. currently using the wplms 3.7.

    Ok 3.7 is quite old version and might require more than additional steps to update it . Can you please share your site url, admin credentials and valid ftp creds in private reply in order to check this up.
