Course picture in all courses page keep disapeairng.

I noticed that every day one of my active courses will lose its picture shown on course directory after checking the course page backend, I realized that the features picture is still there but wouldn't show. I checked front end and tried to look at the picture and see that the upload course video banner under the picture seems to course the problem. After I click x on the video the picture comes back. However, the problem keeps persisting. I have to do it every day for 3 days already. Can you look at the attached video, and check if you can help me solve this permanently?
