We need the solution ASAP we already have existing student in many courses.

These warnings will disappear

The WP_Debug is turned off from the webhost, still the warning sign is there.

Then it should work.
Still, it is not working. If we add any student from the frontend admin section, the student doesn't receive any mail. he receives a notification on the profile instead of the email.

Hello, What is the update about the above issue? The latest update about the issue from our side is that we are managed to turn off the warning sign from the host end though the problem still occurs.
Let me elaborate on the issue again. The BuddyPress email doesn't send an email when the admin has added a new user on a course from the front end though they get the notification. We find out that there has no '
Situation' or '
Trigger' for sending email when a new course subscribed or 'user added to a course' when creating new email template from
Email settings.
Note: We are currently using WPLMS 3.9.9
Please simply follow :
1 . put all emails templates in wp-admin -> emails in trash , then goto trash and permanantly delete all the emails from trash .
2 . Check if buddypress is updated to latest version .if not update .
3 . goto wp-admin -> tools -> reinstall email templates .
4 . After installing email templates please follow this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/migrate-all-the-wplms-emails-to-buddypress-again
