    Hi we are trying to create a certificate for our courses. I tried to follow this video, but do we need our own certificate template? I keep getting a 'Failed to load Certificate' error message. please let us know step by step how to create a certificate. thanks

    please select the orientation, background image of the certificate first and update certificate : http://somup.com/crfjINbL4v then add the components in it and then hit the generate certificate
