    Hello, I have two instructeur on my site. I did not make a sale but the site indicates sales, and income for a trainer => Romain duclos . How is it possible ? How do I know where it came from? can I reset the counters to 0? Thank you

    Well the commission was recorded by default from the subscription product the user purchased . Ideally is you are using woocommerce subscriptions then you have to use the wplms woocommerce subscription addon as well : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-woocommerce-subscriptions-addon/ in order to stop the commission assigning . After deleting activity: for changes to reflect instructor needs to hit the “reload ” icons in commission widget there . Did he hit the reload icon there ? : https://prnt.sc/11du47y
