live cha plugin issue.

sir...in wplms theme all the plugins that i installed working properly except live chat plugin......i filled all the credantials of firebase three times....real time chat which is locate into right most corner of the dashboard...working in only admin account..sometime it works in instructor account but not always.....i purchased plugin only for presale chat..it is not working...for the last five days i have been contacting u via messsanger...on saturday vibetheme reply me and asked for wp admin access and add to my firebase account..i did same as vibetheme suggested me...but nothing happened ..so please help me..thanks in advanced.
