Hello WPLMS,
We had this issue a few weeks ago and @Scott was kind enough to get us back up and running.
We recently changed our network structure from subdomain to subdirectory, not sure if that has anything to do with it but the Chat Interface Icon stopped working since we completed the change.

The user needs to re-login through the popup login which is required.
