June 1, 2021 at 10:31 pm #359915pablocanedoqParticipantHello, I have two issues related to adding products to courses in the Course Editor. 1. It is not possible to create a product from the Course Editor. When you go to the ACCESSIBILITY section, add the required data and then click on the "Create Product" button, it simply does not respond, it does not work. 2. Being in the same section as the previous issue (Course Editor> Accessibility), when you search for a product already created to add it to the course, the search results are not shown properly, there are even products that are not visible at all. In the following video, I explain the two issues: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cr1V3TVhOksJune 2, 2021 at 1:22 pm #360005VeronicaModeratorhi can you please let us know the version of the plugins(vibebp and wplms) you are using and also the theme versionJune 2, 2021 at 2:13 pm #360021pablocanedoqParticipantHi, Sure: Wplms THEME: 4.098 Wplms Plugin: 1.5.7 VibeBP Plugin: 1.5.6June 3, 2021 at 9:35 am #360143VeronicaModeratorhi that's strange! it should work Please deactivate all installed 3rd party plugins. Delete browser's cache especially cache plugin. if any extra codes added by you then remove them. Re-save permalinks. deactivate everything other than wplms defaults then check if it works. if doesn't work then please share details with us in a private reply we will take a lookJune 3, 2021 at 3:50 pm #360213pablocanedoqParticipantHi @Veronica Yes, but I have reported two issues on this topic. 1. You cannot create products from the frontend. Yes, you're right. This issue is caused by a third party plugin. Guess which one? WP Rocket I cleared the cache and then disabled the WP Rocket plugin, and now I can create products from the Course Editor. 2. When searching for an already created product, the search results are cluttered and some products are not visible. Please see this image: https://prnt.sc/13vg3po This seems to be a CSS issue. Maybe you could share some code to fix it. Appreciate your help. Thanks.June 4, 2021 at 5:51 am #360263AdaParticipantHi, You can try adding this css code in appearance>>customize>>custom css
#course_component #course_pricing .vibe_vibe_product .search_results { max-width:300px !important; overflow-x:scroll; }
June 5, 2021 at 2:31 am #360393pablocanedoqParticipantHi @Ada Now you can see the covered courses, but everything is still superimposed on the next section: https://prnt.sc/144355q https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cr1hnrVhABgJune 5, 2021 at 5:34 am #360404AdaParticipantHI, I jus checked on your site, it is not overflowing. see-> https://drive.google.com/file/d/1m_6YdrHyrSHMmnqUzXZPOZAbNSgsewxV/view I have already added max-width for this issue,but if you still face it then please reduce the max-width value in px (keep it 250px).June 5, 2021 at 6:31 pm #360478pablocanedoqParticipantHi @Ada I have tried with 250 and also with other values, but it is not working: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cr1hbIVhBuL Also, I have noticed that the issue is not only related to the search results specifically, but to the entire price / product field block. I try to explain it in this other video: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cr1hDJVhBOx Also, just in case, I have done the following actions. 1. Cleared all cache on my site. 2. Cleared the browsers cache. 3. I have retested this in three different browsers, but it is not working. Look at this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cr1hoqVhBFs I have also tested on different accounts (Admin, Instructor) and on different computers (all of them Windows PCs). It may look different on Mac computers. I don't know, I haven't been able to test it on Mac yet. The fact is, this does not display correctly at my end.June 7, 2021 at 11:57 am #360580AdaParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.June 7, 2021 at 7:20 pm #360658pablocanedoqParticipantOk, @Ada I'll be waiting. This is really strange. I do not know what we can do. Maybe you can enter my computer with AnyDesk and check this way.June 9, 2021 at 12:38 pm #360907AdaParticipantHi, It's difficult to be available at the same time so that I can check through anydesk. @veronica also tested your site on her system and this was the result- http://somup.com/cr1Q6sqxsD Have you tried on other system also? you can try checking on browserstack.com .June 9, 2021 at 2:29 pm #360934pablocanedoqParticipantHi @Ada Using the website you shared (browserstack.com), I have tested on Mac OS / Safari: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cr1Q2IVhdUn And as you can see, I still experiencing the same. This is so weird. -
