    Hello, When a student clicks to start the course the following message is generated: “There has been a critical error on your website.” Help urgently. Update : I took a restored version of my site as my work was urgent . Can i know the reason as to why that error occured. In other discussions almost all the replies are marked private so i cant get to know the reason behind the issue or solution

    Hi, We are not able to tell the reason without checking the error log. If you want us to check this then please provide ftp or cpanel details of your site in private reply.

    We have to check your issue at your end. Also, make sure you have updated the viebbp and wplms plugin. Please share the site URL, admin, and student credential in a private reply. Also share a video related to this.
