    The error is simple it seems the image at this path is not there , you simply need to upload an image named "icon-512X512.png" in your wp-content/uploads folder .IF already uploaded then simply check its file permissions , also check if you have enabled hotlinking ? https://prnt.sc/17nvurz

    uploaded a file but the name was different not this 512x512

    Well no you have to rename the uploaded png file exactly to " icon-512x512.png " to make pwabuilder.com to work and generate your app package
