    Hi There Trust you are well? I have installed a Certificate. But it seems to reset the text that i have done. This is how it is set up; https://prnt.sc/1h0r69k Once i save and update the page it goes back to this https://prnt.sc/1h0s1es Then the certificate looks like this. https://prnt.sc/1h0rutp How do I fix this. I also changed the parameter from 800 to 900 but now it cuts the certificate off. My login details below in private

    Hi There Thanks for your help. I have change the settings. The certificate looks great when you view it under achievements - https://tefl.co.za/certificates/certificate-2/?c=425&u=3# https://prnt.sc/1jucd1h however when you try to print or download it, it does not work. NOT on chrome or fire fox https://prnt.sc/1jubz3t my site details above in private

    Hi There Okay it might be working on your side, but on my side it does not want to download or print. Do I need an extra plugin or something. It is definately not working on my side. PLease see if you can print or download it
