    Hi, I need assistance updating to the new 4.0 theme in my sandbox site. Details in private reply below with access. We tried this before in the past but I needed to provide site FTP info. I've tried it but it only shows a blank screen.

    hi please update the theme to the latest version, I have updated the plugins and also let us know the demo we need to rerun the setup wizard so confirm the demo too if possible then provide the backup of v3 so we will continue from there

    there was a file permission issue
