    Hi, I have set the touch points to yes to receive Message, Notification, Email (this one works), when a student applies to a course but the instructor it's not getting it. What should I set to configure this?

    hi make sure that you have updated to the latest version of the theme and plugins and also check if the particular one is not working or the same issue is happening with all the touch points
