We have setup or VibeBP app and it includes the Members section. However the behaviour is not as we expected. We have enabled member sections and have linked the members directory page in Buddypress settings. Behaviour:
- Administrators can access the member directory
- Any other user gets the notification 'You are not allowed to do that'
When we replaced the page with the 'regular' member directory page which is not linked in Buddypress settings, users can access the member directory. But, clicking on members leads them out of the single page experience.
Furthermore when we reviewed the KB article we noticed a missing link in our settings menu:

Please ensure the page template for the directory is not set to instructor's only.
1. Edit the Course directory page in WP admin - pages
2. Locate the page template , it should not be "Instructors only" or "members only" , these templates are to be removed in the WPLMS 5.0
p.s : This is the right place to ask for support. the Ticksy support shuts down on 10th August. This portal is also built on VibeBP framework.
