    Hello!

    1) How could I download all topics from previous support? [email protected] account

    I have a LOT OF issues there and need to get your answers and fixes from tickets.

    It is will be really hard to write it again when needed.


    2) Is it secure to write here login and password details? Are this tickets private? No public more?

    topics cannot be downloaded , you can copy paste them . 

    your topics must be present on https://wplms.ticksy.com/


    you can login with same account you had on vibethemes.ticksy.com

    well while we check this you can check al your topics at https://wplms.ticksy.com/

    they have export for us as thier customers but not export for your as our customers.
